Yoga

Yoga that inspires. Open to all levels, each class is carefully curated to incorporate movement, stability, mobility, and mindfulness. Classes feature upbeat, motivational music with a structured warm-up and cool-down. I will guide you through key asana (postures), body alignment, and pranayama (breath techniques).

Class styles include, but are not limited to: vinyasa, power, sculpt, yin, restorative, chair yoga. Corporate & Private classes available for booking, virtually or in-person.

Sound Healing

A therapeutic practice that employs a meditative immersion in a symphony of sound waves to promote relaxation, mental clarity, and holistic well-being. In a typical sound bath session, participants enjoy a variety of instruments to entrain brainwaves, shifting them from a beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha and theta states (relaxed and meditative consciousness). This healing modality can help to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and enhance emotional balance.
